It varies, and no one can promise a timeline. How you respond depends on your body, your starting labs and other health factors. Your clinician monitors you with follow-up labs and visits.
Why there is no fixed timeline
Symptoms linked to low testosterone often have more than one cause. Sleep, stress, weight, alcohol and other conditions all play a part. A lab level can change before you notice any difference, or you may notice little change at all.
What happens instead
Your clinician sets a follow-up schedule, repeats labs and asks how you feel. If treatment is not helping, or a lab result is out of range, they may change the plan or stop it. Tell them about any new symptoms.
